Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 cup frozen egg substitute, thawed
1 stalk celery, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup coarsely chopped onion
1 (2 ounce) can anchovies, drained
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cups vegetable oil
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
Add oil, 1/4 cup at a time, processing after each addition.
Cover and chill dressing thoroughly.

Celery??? What are they thinking. That does not belong in a Ceasar Saland dressing and onion is also wrong in this recipe. Olive Oil is a must..not vegetable oil and the mustard should be dijon. A can of anchovies is going to be very fishy and there should be some red wine vinegar. I would rate this recipe as a 1.
