Basic Creamy Cabbage Recipe
Ingredients
6 cups shredded cabbage
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup water
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 small package (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 to 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Cook the cabbage with onion, water, and salt until it is tender-crisp, about 7 minutes; drain.
Cube the cream cheese and add to the cabbage with celery seed and butter.
Toss lightly.
