Ingredients

 Butterscotch flavoured pieces - 2 pkgs
 Butter margarine1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dairy sour cream1/2 Pint
 Vanilla exract - 2 tsp
 Powdered sugar1 box

Directions

MAKING
1. In a one and a half quart bowl, mix the butterscotch pieces and butter/margarine and microwave at HIGH for a couple of minutes till the chips melt
2. Stir it after one minute and after another half a minute; remove, stir to combine and cool to room temperature
3. Add sour cream adn vanilla into it and blend with an electric mixer at medium speed; beat in sugar similarly until it reaches the consistency for spreading

SERVING
4. Can be used to frost a two layer, 8" cake
