Creamy Blueberry Bisque Recipe
Creamy Blueberry Bisque served as the appetizer for the party we organised yesterday and there was not a single person who left without appreciating. Creamy Blueberry Bisque was truly mouth-watering that even we liked it a lot.
Ingredients
| Blueberries | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cinnamon stick | 1 | |
| Lemon | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| Plain non-fat yogurt | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Plain yogurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs), garnish |
Directions
Reserve a few blueberries for garnish.
Place the remaining blueberries, water, sugars, cinnamon and lemon in a saucepan.
Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, then drain through a sieve into a bowl underneath.
Chill the sieved liquid.
Just before serving, whisk together liquid, yogurt and apple juice.
Garnish each serving with a spoonful of yogurt and a few berries.
