Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 pound blue cheese, crumbled
3 tablespoons half-and-half
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup olive or salad oil
1/4 cup white-wine vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
1.In small bowl, with fork, mash cheese with half-and-half until creamy. Add mayonnaise and remaining ingredients; with wire whisk, beat until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate. Serve on mixed greens, lettuce wedges, chilled cooked vegetables, tomato wedges, cold roast-beef slices, hard-cooked eggs.
