|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable dippers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

1) In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, half the blue cheese and stir in milk and lemon juice.
2) With a rotary beater, beat the mixture until smooth.
