 Butter/Margarine3 Tablespoon
 Flour3 Tablespoon
 Dry mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Worcestershire sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
 Beer1 Can (10oz)
 Shredded Cheddar cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 tablespoons powdered nondairy creamer

Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet melt butter and add flour and seasonings.
2) In a bowl mix dry milk with 1/3 cup beer.
3) Gently add remaining beer to flour mixture.
4) Stir and cook the mixture till thick and bubbly.
5) Mix thoroughly cheese and creamer till melted.
6) Take off from heat and add milk mixture.

SERVING
7) Serve hot.
