Creamy Beef Tomato Skillet Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Ground pork | 1/2 Pound | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 7 or 8 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni | ||
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 Medium, diced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 jar (2 oz.) pimiento, cut up | ||
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chili powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Brown meat in large skillet.
Drain off all the fat as it collects.
Stir in remaining ingredients except sour cream.
Heat to boiling.
Cover and simmer 20 min., or until macaroni is tender; stir frequently.
Stir in sour cream; heat through but do not boil.
