Creamy Beef Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Chopped onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), frozen | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 10 3/4-ounce can condensed vegetable soup | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 8 hamburger buns, split and toasted | ||
Directions
In skillet cook ground beef and chopped onion till beef is browned and onion is tender; drain off excess fat.
Blend flour and salt into beef mixture; add vegetable soup and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook, stirring constantly, till mixture is bubbly.
Stir in dairy sour cream; heat 1 minute more (do not boil).
Spoon beef mixture onto bottom halves of toasted buns; replace tops.
