1 PET RITZĀ® All Vegetable Shortening Deep Dish Pie Crust Shell
1 can (12 fluid ounces) PETĀ® Light Evaporated Skimmed Milk
1 box (3.4 ounces) French vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 bananas, thinly sliced
Directions
Bake pie crust according to package directions for empty baked crust; cool.
In medium bowl, beat evaporated milk, pudding mix and yogurt until mixture starts to thicken.
Pour half of pudding mixture into cooled crust.
Arrange banana slices over pudding mixture; top with remaining pudding mixture.
Cover and refrigerate until firm.
Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
