Creamy Baked Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 envelope Vegetable Recipe Soup Mix | ||
| 4 cups hot mashed potatoes | ||
| 1 cup shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese | ||
| 1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional) | ||
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
In lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, thoroughly combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup cheese.
Bake 40 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
