 2 medium or 1 large fresh or frozen white-fish fillet (about 1 pound}

 1/2 cup commercial sour cream
 2 tablespoons chopped unblanched almonds

Directions

1. Start: heating oven to 350°F.
2. In 12-by-8-by-2-inch baking dish lay fish fillet; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and thyme.
3. Bake 20 minutes; then top with sour cream and almonds; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer, or until fish flakes easily, but is still moist. Serve at once.
