Creamy Apple Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Yellow cake mix package | 1 | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Eggs | 2 Small | |
| Apples | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Graham cracker crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (TOPPING) | |
| Butter | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (TOPPING) | |
| Brown sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (TOPPING) | |
| Nuts | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (TOPPING) | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon (TOPPING) | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/2 Teaspoon (TOPPING) |
Directions
Combine cake mix, butter and one egg; blend well.
Spread batter in glass baking dish.
Cook on HIGH (9) for 3 to 4 minutes.
Arrange apple slices over base.
Blend sour cream and remaining egg; spread evenly over apples.
Combine topping ingredients in small glass mixing bowl.
Cook on HIGH (9) for 1 minute.
Stir to blend.
Sprinkle topping mixture over sour cream layer.
Cook on BAKE (6) for 7 to 9 minutes.
Serve warm.
Refrigerate leftovers.
