Ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon granules
1 cup boiling water
1 cup light cream
2 packages white sauce mix (each enough for 1 cup sauce)
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked turkey
1 8 ounce can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 tablespoons finely snipped parsley
3 English muffins, split and toasted
Paprika
Directions
Dissolve bouillon in boiling water.
Add cream.
Prepare sauce mix according to package directions, except use cream mixture in place of liquid called for.
Stir in turkey, water chestnuts, sherry, and parsley; heat through.
Spoon over English muffin halves.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Makes 6 servings.
