Creamed Scandinavian Cabbage Recipe
Ingredients
5 cups finely shredded cabbage
1/2 cup boiling salted water
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds, Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook cabbage in boiling water until almost tender, 5â€â€6 minutes.
Drain, and add remaining ingredients to pan.
Heat through.
