Creamed Scallops Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1 1/2 Pint | |
| Onion | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Scallops | 1 1/2 Pint |
Directions
Melt butter in top of double boiler over boiling water; blend in flour, sail:, pepper and mustard.
Add milk; cook, stirring, until thickened.
Stir in onion, parsley and lemon juice.
Add scallops; blend well.
Simmer for 10 minutes or until scallops are tender.
Serve on toast.
