Ingredients
1 pint oysters
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup oyster liquor (add cream to make 1 cup)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
8 warm crepes
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
Drain oysters; pat dry with paper towels.
Save oyster liquor.
Melt butter; blend in flour.
Stir in oyster liquor slowly.
Add salt and curry powder; heat to simmer.
Heat oysters thoroughly but do not boil.
Season with lemon juice.
Divide among crepes; roll up.
Garnish with parsley.
