Fat- 1 1/2 tablespoons
 
Flour- 1 1/2 tablespoons
 
Egg yolk- 1
 
Milk- 1 cup
 
Salt and pepper- to taste
 
Cooked mushrooms fresh or canned- 1 1/2 cups

Directions

MAKING
1.In a pot, prepare a white sauce of the fat, flour, milk and seasonings
2.Now add the cooked mushrooms to the sauce and cook gently for several minutes
3.Add the beaten egg yolk and reheat
SERVING
4.Serve with salads or garlic bread
