Creamed Mushroom Crepes Recipe

| Grated gruyere cheese | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Crepes | 8 | |
| Chopped parsley | 4 Tablespoon |

Directions
Add cream, salt, and pepper.
Remove mushrooms with slotted spoon and reserve.
Dissolve flour in water; stir into creamy mixture in pan.
Sim mer until thickened, stirring often.
Add cheese and heat through.
Fill crepes with mushrooms, roll up and place in greased baking pan.
Spoon creamy sauce over crepes.
Heat at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
