 Celery- 2 cups, cut into 1 inch pieces
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Salt and pepper- as required

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by washing and cleaning the stalks then cut them into pieces
MAKING
2.In a saucepan, place the celery and cover with boiling water and boil until tender for 30 minutes, by which time the water should be reduced to about one half cup
3.Make a sauce with the celery water, milk, flour and butter
4.Add the cooked celery and season with salt and pepper
SERVING
5.Serve with boiled bee

You can also serve this dish as a soup with bread sticks
