Creamed Turkey Stack Ups Recipe
Creamed turkey stack ups are pancake and turkey recipe. A cooked and assembled meal, the creamed turkey stack ups is made with milk cooked turkey flavored with chicken bouillon. Prepapred with added green pepper, mushrooms and pimientos, the creamed turkey stack ups can be served with the cooked turkey spooned over each pancake layer.
Ingredients
| 2 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unsifted flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon Chicken-Flavor Instant Bouillon or 3 Chicken-Flavor Bouillon Cubes | ||
| 1 (2 1/2-ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained | ||
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 (2-ounce) jar sliced pimientos, drained | ||
| 12 pancakes | ||
Directions
In medium saucepan, melt margarine; stir in flour.
Add milk and bouillon; cook and stir until bouillon dissolves and mixture thickens.
Stir in remaining ingredients except pancakes; heat through.
