Yummy Creamed Spinach Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen chopped spinach package | 3 | |
| Cream cheese | 1 | |
| Sour cream | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Artichoke hearts | 2 Can (10oz), sauteed | |
| Slivered almonds package | 1/2 | |
| Salt, pepper and onion salt to taste | ||
Directions
Cook and drain spinach.
Add cream cheese and sour cream.
Mix well and put in buttered casserole.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Place artichoke hearts and almonds on top and broil 10 minutes.
