Appetizing Creamed Spinach Recipe
Ingredients

| 2 tablespoons hot bacon drippings | ||
| All purpose flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Half and Half | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooked | 4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Saute onion in hot bacon drippings until golden brown.
Blend in flour.
Add half-and-half and stir with a wire whisk or fork until thickened.
Add spinach and seasonings, and blend thoroughly.
