 Milk cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup soft fresh bread crumbs
 Butter/Margarine4 Tablespoon, melted
 4-ounce can of sardines
 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 6 or 8 toast triangles

Directions

1. Heat the cream, crumbs and butter or margarine in the top of a double boiler, stirring to make a smooth paste.
2. Drain, bone and crush the sardines. Add the hot sauce, stir well, add eggs, salt and pepper.
