 Milk cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Bread crumbs1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Melted butter/Margarine4 Tablespoon
 Sardines4 Ounce (1 Can)
 Hard-cooked eggs2 , chopped
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Toast triangles8

Directions

1. Heat the cream, crumbs and butter or margarine in the top of a double boiler, stirring to make a smooth paste.
2. Drain, bone and crush the sardines. Add the hot sauce, stir well, add eggs, salt and pepper.
