 4 c. diced cooked peeled white potatoes
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 4 tablesp. butter or margarine
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 2 c. top milk or light cream
 Parsley1 Teaspoon, minced

Directions

Combine potatoes, salt, butter, pepper, and milk in a skillet, and cook very slowly until the milk is slightly thickened and the potatoes are hot sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
