Creamed Potatoes Ii Recipe
|4 c. diced cooked peeled white potatoes|
|4 tablesp. butter or margarine|
|2 c. top milk or light cream|
|Parsley||1 Teaspoon, minced|
Combine potatoes, salt, butter, pepper, and milk in a skillet, and cook very slowly until the milk is slightly thickened and the potatoes are hot sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
