Ingredients

 Potatoes4
 Skim milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 2 tablespoons low-sodium corn oil margarine
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley paprika

Directions

1. Peel, slice, boil, and drain potatoes.
2. Heat cold milk and cornstarch in a saucepan until thickened.
3. Combine all ingredients and heat through.
4. Garnish with paprika.
