Creamed Peas And New Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| 10 new potatoes | ||
| Frozen peas | 1 10 Ounce | |
| Peas | 1 Pound | |
| 12 pearl onions or 3 tsp. green onions, sliced | ||
| 1/2 pkg Butter Buds® | ||
| Cornstarch | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Peel potatoes. Cover with water. Boil and cook until tender. Drain.
2. Cook peas and onions together until tender. Drain.
3. While vegetables are cooking, mix Butter Buds®, cornstarch, and milk together until smooth. Heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
4. Pour sauce over combined hot vegetables.
