Creamed Mushrooms And Chestnuts Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 5 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Half and Half | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chestnuts | 3 Can (10oz), sliced | |
| Mushrooms | 3 Can (10oz) | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped |
Directions
Add flour, salt and pepper to butter.
Blend to make sauce.
Add cream and mix, then add chestnuts and mushrooms.
Cook for 3-4 minutes or until done.
If too thick, add a little more cream.
Garnish with parsley.
