 Butter5 Tablespoon, melted
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1
 Half and Half1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chestnuts3 Can (10oz), sliced
 Mushrooms3 Can (10oz)
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

Add flour, salt and pepper to butter.
Blend to make sauce.
Add cream and mix, then add chestnuts and mushrooms.
Cook for 3-4 minutes or until done.
If too thick, add a little more cream.
Garnish with parsley.
