Creamed Ham In Popovers Recipe

| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup enriched flour | ||
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooked ham | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Sliced mushrooms | 1 3 Ounce, broiled | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons pickle relish | ||
Directions
Melt butter, blend in flour.
Stir in milk gradually.
Cook and stir till thick.
Add next 4 ingredients; heat thoroughly.
Garnish with diced pimiento.
Serve in popovers, patty shells, or over hot toast points.
