Creamed Ham Eggs and Mushrooms In A Chafing Dish Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Cream and mushroom soup | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooked ham | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| 6 hard-cooked eggs, quartered | ||
| Toast Cups | ||
Directions
In the kitchen, heat butter and cook mushrooms in it for 3 minutes until golden brown.
In chafing dish, combine cream of mushroom soup and milk.
Blend thoroughly.
Add ham and simmer, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms and hard-cooked eggs.
Stir lightly, taking care not to break the eggs.
Serve in Toast Cups or over thin slices of toast, or in patty shells.
