Ingredients

 Margarine2 Teaspoon
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 1 small apple, cored, pared, and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
 1 teaspoon granulated brown sugar
 All purpose flour2 Teaspoon
 Added sugar1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry sherry1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 8 ounces boned cooked pork, cut into strips
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper white1/8 Teaspoon
 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt

Directions

In 9- or 10-inch nonstick skillet heat margarine until bubbly and hot; add onion and saute until translucent.
Add apple slices and brown sugar and stir to combine; sprinkle with flour and stir quickly to combine.
Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes; gradually stir in apple juice.
Add sherry and bring to a boil.
Add pork, salt, and pepper and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Stir in yogurt and heat thoroughly (do not boil).
