Creamed Finnan Haddie Recipe
Ingredients
| Finnan haddie | 3 Cup (16 tbs), boiled | |
| 2 cups Medium White Sauce | ||
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons minced parsley or green pepper | ||

Directions
1. Combine the fish, White Sauce and seasonings, heat thoroughly, but do not boil, in the upper part of a double boiler over boiling water.
