6 eggs, hard cooked
2 cups Medium White Sauce
Salt and pepper (optional)
Bread slices, toasted
Directions
1. Prepare eggs and sauce.
2. Dice hard-cooked eggs into 1/2-inch pieces. Put egg pieces into white sauce in measuring pitcher and add seasoning, if desired; mix well. Cover with plastic wrap. Heat in microwave oven to serving temperature (2 1/2 to 3 minutes at Medium-High).
