Creamed Eggs Recipe
This is the best ever Creamed Eggs I have ever tasted! You have landed in the right place. The Creamed Eggs is made with Eggplant Eggs which is easily available at any grocery store. Ingredients
1-1/2 c bouillon
6 T powdered milk
1/4 c wholewheat flour
1/2 t sea salt
2 T corn germ oil
1 T nutritional yeast
1 t parsley
1/2 t dill
1-1/2 t curry powder
6 hard cooked eggs, sliced
6 slices wholewheat toast, buttered
Directions
Blend all ingredients except eggs and bread.
Turn into a saucepan and cook over gentle heat, stirring constantly until thickened and smooth.
Arrange the slices of egg on toast and pour the sauce on top.
Serve with sauteed sprouts, mushrooms or peppers.
Serves 6.
To hard-cook eggs: place eggs in cold water and bring just to a boil.
Turn off heat; let stand covered for 15 minutes.
Drain and replace hot water with cold.
Remove shells as soon as eggs are cool enough to handle.
Turn into a saucepan and cook over gentle heat, stirring constantly until thickened and smooth.
