Creamed Cucumbers Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumbers | 6 Cup (16 tbs), pared | |
| Boiling water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1/2 c. Medium White Sauce | ||
| Speck mace | ||
Directions
Cook the cucumbers in the water with salt for 15 min., or until tender; then drain.
Combine with the white sauce to which a speck of mace has been added.
