Creamed Crab With Tomato Recipe

| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Skim milk | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Shredded Swiss cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), Processed | |
| 1 7-ounce can crab meat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed | ||
| 1 medium tomato, peeled,seeded, and chopped | ||
| Bread slice | 2 , quartered | |
Directions
In saucepan cook mushrooms, onion, and celery in butter or margarine till onion is tender
Stir together milk, cornstarch, salt, thyme, and pepper.
Add to onion mixture all at once.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in Swiss cheese till melted, Carefully stir in crab and chopped tomato.
Heat through.
