 Mushrooms1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 1/2 cup sliced green onion
 Celery1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon
 Skim milk1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cornstarch2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Dried thyme1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Shredded Swiss cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), Processed
 1 7-ounce can crab meat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed
 1 medium tomato, peeled,seeded, and chopped
 Bread slice2 , quartered

Directions

In saucepan cook mushrooms, onion, and celery in butter or margarine till onion is tender
Stir together milk, cornstarch, salt, thyme, and pepper.
Add to onion mixture all at once.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in Swiss cheese till melted, Carefully stir in crab and chopped tomato.
Heat through.
