2 tablespoons butter
1 egg
1/3 cup soda cracker crumbs
1 can (17 ounces) cream-style corn
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

1. In a 1 quart glass casserole, heat butter 30 seconds. Add egg, cracker crumbs, corn, salt, and pepper; blend evenly.
