1 1/2 cup milk
4 oz. dried chip beef or thinly sliced corn beef
Salt and pepper
Directions
In 4 cup glass measure melt butter (high) 45 seconds.
Blend in flour.
Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
Microwave (high) 4 minutes, stirring every minute.
When sauce is thick and smooth, add beef.
Season
