Creamed Carrots Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrots | 1 Pound | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 2 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Grated nutmeg | ||
| Seasoning | ||
| Chopped parsley | ||
Directions
Cook carrots and mash with butter or margarine, milk, a little nutmeg and plenty of seasoning.
Top with parsley.
