Creamed Bok Choy Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules | ||
| Several dashes pepper | ||
| Dash garlic powder | ||
| Bok choy | 6 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1/4 cup light cream or milk | ||
| Cornstarch | 4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In large saucepan combine water, soy sauce, bouillon granules, pepper, and garlic powder.
Bring to boiling.
Add bok choy.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 5 minutes or till crisp-tender.
Blend light cream or milk into cornstarch; stir into bok choy.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
