Creamed Beef Cheesy Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup Pillsbury's Best All Purpose or Self-Rising Flour | ||
| Milk | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Beef | 1/2 pound, shredded | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley flakes | 1 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Biscuits | ||
| 1 cup Pillsbury's Best All Purpose Flour | ||
| Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Instant minced onion | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Buttermilk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooking oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Melt butter in medium saucepan.
Blend in flour.
Add milk gradually.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add dried beef and 1/4 cup cheese.
Stir until cheese melts.
Pour into a greased 9-inch square or 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Top with Biscuits.
Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese and parsley.
Bake 3 minutes longer.
