 Tapioca2 Teaspoon
 Skim milk3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg substitute1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 6 pkts. concentrated acesulfame-K
 Apples6
 Nutmeg1 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon1 Teaspoon

Directions

Cook the tapioca in the milk until it reaches a full boll.
Then add the beaten egg substitute and acesulfame-K; stir and remove at once from the heat.
Peel and quarter the apples, put them in a casserole dish, and sprinkle them with spices, stirring to coat evenly.
Pour the tapioca mixture over them and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 45 minutes or until the apples are soft
