1)In a saucepan, add butter, 1/2 cup water and salt.
2)Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
3)Add all flour and stir until mixture forms a ball.
4)Add eggs gradually and beat until smooth.
5)Take a greased cookie sheet and drop batter with tablespoons on it.
6)Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes and then, decrease heat to 350 degrees.
7)Bake for 15 minutes. Let them cool and cut off tops.
8)Fill with mixture of sugar, whipped cream and vanilla.
9)Put the tops back and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
10) Serve the cream puffs with cream filling as desired.
