Basic Cream Puffs Recipe

Ingredients
1 stick pie crust mix, crumbled
2/3 c water
2 eggs
Directions
Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan.
Add crumbled pie crust mix and stir vigorously until pastry forms a ball and leaves the side of the pan.
Remove from heat.
Beat in eggs with an electric mixer.
Drop by the spoonful on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes at 400° F.
Turn off heat and remove puffs 5 minutes later.
Allow puffs to cool before filling.
To fill use Cream Puff Filling
Slice off the top of each puff, spoon in filling and replace tops.
Dust with confectioners' sugar
