Cream Puff Miniatures Recipe
Cream puff miniatures are small sized cream puffs that are more petite than its larger cousin. Made with flours, eggs and butter, the mininature cream puffs are filled with yummylicious cocoa cream and topped with a chocolate icing. Bake these little desserts and have your folks begging for another round of them.

Prepare batter as for Cream Puffs.
Drop from the tip of a teaspoon about 1 1/2, inches apart on greased cooky sheet.
Bake puffs in hot oven (425°) 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325°; bake 10 minutes longer.
For crisper puffs, turn oven off; cut tops from puffs and leave in oven 10 minutes to dry out.
Cool on rack.
Frost tops with Chocolate Icing.
Fill with Cocoa Cream.
