Cream Pralines Recipe
Ingredients
| Brown sugar | 2 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Evaporated milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecan halves | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring | ||
Directions
Cook sugar, milk and pecans over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.
Cook to 236 de- grees on candy thermometer, stirring constantly.
Cool candy slightly; add rum flavoring.
Beat until mixture begins to thicken; drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper.
