Cream Of Zucchini Soup Recipe
Ingredients
Water 2 cups boiling
Chicken bouillon cubes 3
Zucchini 2 cups sliced
Whole or skim milk 1 cup
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley 1 tablespoon minced
Directions
Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water; add zucchini and cook until tender.
Whirl in blender until smooth; return to heat.
Add milk and season to taste.
Heat, but do not boil.
Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley and teaspoon of sour cream.
