 Milk- 1 quart OR Milk-1/2quart and half white stock
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Tomatoes1 Pint
 Soda1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, place the flour and butter, and make a white sauce
2.In a pan, cook the tomatoes until they turn tender
3.Take a strainer, and mash the tomatoes through a coarse sieve

SERVING
4.Serve with bread crumbs
