Mushrooms- 1/4 pound (or skin and stems of 1/2 pound)

Flour- 2 tablespoons
Salt- 1 teaspoon

GETTING READY
1.Start by brushing, washing and skinning the mushrooms
2.Now cut the mushroom caps and stems into very small pieces
