Ingredients
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion flakes | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked rice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Tabasco sauce | 4 Drop | |
| Sour cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Veal | 1/2 Pound | |
| Egg – 1, slightly beaten | ||
| Parsley or Watercress – if desired | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion till tender and lightly browned
2) Add in the rice and sauté till golden brown
3) Take off from the heat and mix in the salt, balck pepper and Tabasco sauce
4) Mix in ½ cup of the sour cream and veal to the rice mixture
5) Into 6 individual casserole, press about ¾ mixture lightly
6) Bake for 20 minutes for 350F
7) Mix together the remaining sour cream and egg
8) Spoon over the veal and around the edges
9) Return the casserole to the oven and bake till the sour cream is set for about 5 minutes
10) Garnish with parsley or watercress
